What is cheaper than therapy? Learning simple mindfulness techniques, that’s how! You will learn easy practices you can do at a moment’s notice to put you back in the driver’s seat. We will use guided meditation to help you set your intentions. You will learn how to ground, tap and visualize. You will leave with a toolbox of techniques that will help you create the life you’ve dreamed of.
